About The Event
The training will include: Breathing, Movement-head, Footwork, Endurance, Mental preparation, Defense, Counterpunching, Cutting-off the ring, How to get out of the corner, Jab to close the distance, Jab against tall opponents and “Tricks of the pros.”
The topics of discussion will include: Weight cuts, Amateur training, transitioning to the pro ranks, and how the boxing business works.
After the clinic concludes, the match ups for the sparring event will take place. All sparring will be pre-matched.
