Movement-head, Footwork, Endurance, Mental preparation, Defense, Counterpunching, Cutting-off the ring, Getting out of corner, Jab to close the distance, Jab against tall opponents and “Tricks of the pros.” and the match ups for the White-Collar sparring event will take place. All sparring will be pre-matched.
